By Client:

Clients may cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled shoot to receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot are non-refundable, unless due to a life-threatening emergency, in which case exceptions may be made at the Company’s discretion. Examples of such emergencies include the hospitalization of the client or an immediate family member, a major car accident involving the client en route to the shoot, or the sudden death of an immediate family member.

By Company:

If the Company cancels the shoot for any reason, the Client will receive a full refund. Additionally, the Client may reschedule the shoot with a 25% discount applied to the rescheduled session.

A one on one meet and greet to get to know you and discuss the services you would like us to provide for you. Whether you prefer to chat over the phone, via a virtual meeting, or face-to-face, we’re flexible. Just choose a time that works best for you, and we’ll dive into all the details.

You’ll book your event or project online, pick your services, and lock in the date. We’ll ask for a 25% deposit to hold your spot. If you're ready to go at the end of our meeting, we can do everything right then and there.

We’re in the final stretch! At this point, we’ll make sure the paperwork is signed, your schedule is set, and you’ve got your location confirmed.
